Return Requests

Defective Only
  • Complete this Defective Requests online form, enter the code at the bottom and submit.
  • After submitting your request, you will receive an "approved to return" WRGA (Web Return Goods Authorization) to the email address you provided on the form.
  • If we have any questions regarding your request we will contact you through the email address provided, unless otherwise noted.
  • Return the material to B.J. Terroni Company, along with a copy of the WRGA form you have received, for credit processing.
 New / Unused
  • Download and complete the New/Unused Request form.
  • Email the completed form to Returns@BJTerroni.com.
  • Once your request has been processed, we will contact you via fax or email with instructions to complete the return process.
